What should I do if I smell gas?
Leave the property, don't use electrical switches or naked flames, and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 straight away. Once it's safe, we can repair the fault.
Will I know the cost before you start?
Yes. Once we've found the fault, we'll explain what's wrong and give you a clear price. No work goes ahead until you're happy.
Should I repair or replace my boiler?
It depends on the age of your boiler, the fault and the cost of the repair. If a repair isn't good value, we'll tell you honestly and give you a free estimate for a new boiler.
